3rd April, 2004. WAI lets PANG WAI stay for one night for she has nowhere else to go. Her cooking impresses him, so she is allowed to stay for another night. VINCENT loses all the leads to the investigation, so he asks LING who tips her off about YEUNG’S assassination. She reveals that KWOK is her source. WAH invites three gang leaders GENTING, FIT WING and FORTUNE GOD for dinner. GENTING refuses to come and offends WAH. PEI orders TUNG to kill GENTING. TUNG asks KWOK for help. KWOK wishes to have WAH arrested. Therefore, as well as sending TUNG to investigate WAH, he also liases with RITA to gather evidence on his drug deals. RITA wonders who supports WAH financially and she finds out that Thai businessman CHENG KWAN is his backup. She also learns about WAH and KWOK’s special relationship. PANG WAI is apparently WAH’s girlfriend. WAI offends WAH by hanging out with her. WAI is shocked to learn about her real identity.… ...
