When Zhou Yu attacked Nan County, he was struck by a poisoned arrow. When Zhuge Liang takes advantage of the chaos and uses a plan to take Nan County, Jingzhou and Xiangyang first, Zhou Yu suffers a recurrence of his arrow wound.
