For the repeat of the show, Philippe Etchebest teams up with Mallory Gabsi, the semi-finalist of season 11 of Top Chef. Together, they travel to Epoye, in the Marne region, where Jean-Jacques has taken over a restaurant. Despite his long experience in the restaurant business, he is accumulating debts, and his restaurant's attendance is down.
