Martin tells Sakhubai, Jankibai and Lacho that if Laxmibai does not return to the palace within 48 hours, the British will decide who will take over the throne. Moropant arrives and announces that only Laxmibai can take that decision. Moropant reveals that Gangadhar and Laxmibai are alive. At this, Martin says that if Gangadhar Rao does not arrive within 48 hours, the throne will be taken over by someone else. . Tatya Guru, who is search of Gangadhar Rao, meets Samar and tells him that he needs to find Gangadhar at the earliest.
