STEVEN knows that GLORIA took some drugs away from her brother, but he does not report her. He likes FONG (LO KOON LAN). One day when they meet each other after work, he cancels his appointment and goes up to FONG’s home for dinner. However, she thinks that he is seeing someone else and keeps her distance from him. In fact, he is only living with his mother. Although his mother hassles him to build his own family, he ignores her.

GLORIA is depressed and has a few drinks in a pub. KWONG tries to stop her but she tries to get him to drink with her. When KWONG refuses, she finds some strangers. Although some of GLORIA’s colleagues know that she is unhappy, they cannot help her much. She is robbed and loses her ID, so the police have to detain her. She tries to call some friends to prove her identity, but fails, so finally, she finds STEVEN and he takes the chance to talk to her.
