Ben Hillman is scouring the market in East Mallorca for choir mistress Tina from Maidenhead. Originally from Germany, Tina has lived in the UK for 30 years but now dreams of retiring to sunnier climes. She has a budget of £150,000 and is looking for a new forever home close to the sea, where her two grown-up children can also come to visit.
