KING borrows 50 million dollars from CHAI for purchasing the stock of Savory Soy Sauce. KING wants to earn money by being its major shareholder. YAU KUEN recalls some important evidence which proves that SHAN is innocent. CHU overhears CHAI's conversation and realizes that KING is trying to purchase Savory Soy Sauce.
