The rift in the Joshi family seems to be getting to everyone. With responsibilities now divided than shared, the members sense the partition taking a toll on them. Sai gently gives his guidance on unity and love, using the freshly broken branch of a tree as a metaphor. However, Kulkarni cannot stop his itch from spoiling the matters further for the Joshis.
