Fung goes back to the Pearl of the Orient although he knows he is at risk of being captured. Nevertheless, he is not able to see Lan. He is quietly dismissed by his company. After the show, Lan learns the news about the dismissal, but Boss Sheung dishonestly tells her Fung and himself are still friends. Fei takes her maternity rest in a villa. Lan is asked to accompany the son of Lai Tak’s boss, who is called Au Lai Chi. Chi is trying to molest her. Lan is so smart to vomiting over him. Wai does not afford to pay his car loans, and soon he is forced to leave the apartment by his girlfriend. Because of a gas explosion accident, Wai becomes the focus of the media and is portrayed as a loyal lover.
