Episode 22 - S1.E22

Fung goes missing for half a year. Lan sings together with Wai on the television show. When Lan is asked by the interviewer of a TV programme about the Pearl earring she wears, she says she is waiting for a chance to meet the owner of the pearl again. In fact, she implies she is waiting for Fung. Fung is hiding himself in a fruit market and disguises himself as a Pakistani. On the birthday of Carol, Fei visits Shing at his home as she knows they are having a birthday party. Fei gives Yuk-fung a hit on her face. In a second, Carol’s dog runs to attack Fei and she slips. The fall causes her to miscarry. Sing puts all the blames on Carol and Yuk-fung. Carol is so angry and she leaves home. Yuk-fung follows her. She is then knocked down by a motorcycle. At the hospital, she has a painful wound treatment without anesthetic as she is allergic to it. Finally, Carol understands her mother’s love and care to her.… ...
