YEE discovers that the flowers were send by MING instead of LONG; therefore, she turns down the love of MING directly. MING is disappointed. Besides, when LONG takes WAH home, she kisses his cheek suddenly. LONG is astounded. MING is upset and tends to drown himself with wine for the rejection of YEE. LING stands by his side and takes care of him; yet, MING is comfort. The trembling is not yet silent in the heart of LONG; WAH proposes her love to him aggressively.

FAI is arrested and prosecuted by the police for a serious traffic accident. He is suspected for hitting a pregnant woman named MAY and left the crime scene. Both YEE and LONG believe that FAI is innocent, whilst he is just a substitute. However, FAI refuses to tell the truth. MAY loses her baby and she testifies that FAI is the dangerous driver that day.
