The school inside the rural village will soon be demolished and HEI is bound to face unemployment. CHING would like SING to take charge of the renovation of her new home, to which SING does not raise any objection. A girl comes to flirt with YIU when he goes on a date with CHING. Luckily WAI passes by and offers to save YIU from the embarrassment. The developer has withdrawn the acquisition plan and this has come as a great disappointment to LAM and WAI.
