To help DR. CHEUNG to escape, the EMPEROR pretends to fall ill and asks DR. CHEUNG to get the herb. Suspicious, TING sends the masked HUNG to get the herb.
HUNG tries to recognize the route by the smell of the surroundings and flees after poisoning the guards.
WU and KO promise to marry each other. Failing to escape, they wait for CHOR.
Led by HUNG to the BAT PALACE, CHOR and the others fall into the BAT's HOLE and are attacked by fighters. Escaping, the people find CHOR missing.
Saving CHOR from the swamp, TUNG is killed when protecting CHOR from the fighters' attack.
