YUEN is furious discovering that he is in fact the nun CHING FUNG's illegitimate son and that he has been made use of by FU MUI to take revenge on the heartless EMPEROR. Controlling himself, YUEN waits for the chance to seize the throne.

Cured by DR. CHEUNG, CHOR captures TING who attacks him believing that he has lost vitality.

Seeing that YUEN is trying every means to seize the throne, FU MUI sends him to WAH SHAN. YUEN brings LAN with him and intends to kill him on the way. Coming to LAN's rescue, FU MUI is forced to fall down the cliff by YUEN.
