After the case, CHUI SHAN is very sad. CHI WAI wants to cheer her up so he begs her to marry him. CHUI SHAN refuses as she feels inferior. KWONG SANG wants to revenge so he goes to lurk JOE. JOE seeks help from MAN CHIU. MAN CHIU tries to trap JOE and shirks the case to CHI WAI. CHI WAI is trapped and the police arrests him. KA MING knows that CHI WAI is innocent. He tries to find the truth and finally he manages to prove him innocent. CHI WAI is released. All the others are happy to see CHI WAI being released. They celebrate with him. In CHI WAI’s name, MING requests CHUI SHAN to marry CHI WAI. CHUI SHAN declares that she will study abroad to make herself forget everything. CHI WAI cannot make her stay and is frustrated.
