MAN works in his father's company after graduating from overseas. He is embarrassed when his recommendation to employ a former school-mate is rejected by his father CHAN.

CHAN has to go for an oversea business trip, leaving MAN in temporary control of the whole company. MAN organizes a company excursion to boost morale but gets only reluctant support from the employees and a serious reprimand from his father. He decides that a career in teaching is more meaningful and more suitable to him.

He is assigned to TONG's school where he soon finds out that reality can sometimes be very different from one's dream.
