PAK-YIP is planning to make a special summer drink but he doesn't have any vegetables and fruits. He tries to borrow the ingredients from his uncle LAU LEI-KO who is the boss of Too Tasty Fast Food Group. However, LEI-KO refuses to help. LO SUT worries that he will be unemployed. CHING-LOK is happy that she has changed the rooftop into two sub-divided units for lease but the two tenants have moved out. KAI-FONG and KO FUN tidy up the sub-divided units together. HUNG SIN wants to rent a place and he arrives. KO FUN believes that he is a nasty man and she defeats him.
