CHEUNG PO-TSAI's attempt to attack the naval barracks ends in failure, inflicting not only heavy casualties on the pirate forces but also serious injuries on himself. Feeling very guilty, CHEUNG PO-TSAI blames himself for not having listened to TAI-MUI's advice. MAN-HO is afraid that CHEUNG PO-TSAI might take advantage of the heavy fog to launch a counter attack, so he decides to wait until the next day to wipe out the remnants of the pirates. Meanwhile, CHENG YAT and the others also plan to lead the final strike against the navy early next morning.
