YUK-TAK is so outraged that he leads everyone to the Mayor’s residence to meet KAI-YIU. As one firm points out that managing Huadi Pier has led to a great deficit year after year, NGA-WUN has no choice but to take over this hot potato, which reaches to LAI-WO after passing through many different hands.
