Shui and Sun wonder why the rich old man would set them up. They believe Fa is behind the set-up and decide to take revenge. Sun invites Fa to a delicious cuisine and Fa accepts his invitation. She is shocked when Sun brings her to the cemetery and disguises as ghost to scare her. When she realizes that Sun is making fun of her, Fa torments him in return. Sun and Fa are on such bad terms that Mei is depressed and cries. Sun and Fa finally settle their dispute by mutual punishment. Yan, on the other hand, escapes from school to become a shoe-shiner. Mei discovers it and promises to keep it a secret. However, it is no secret to Shui, Sun and Yan’s sister, Yau. Yan reluctantly tells them that he learns to be a shoe-shiner because he does not want to become a swindler like them. Mei is heartbroken when she learns that Sun is really a swindler.
