Episode 10 - S1.E10

MAY is depressed after hearing the news of the engagement of YU SHUM and

FONG. She gives herself up and YU SHUM is sad to see this. He wants to take

her away but is treated cool by her.

One day YU SHUM and FONG meet MAY in the street. FONG is angry and quarrel

with YU . YU SHLM cannot tolerate and cancels the engagement.

KAI IP goes to persuade YU SHUM to withdraw his words but he refuses. The

two families become enemies.

TING finds herself pregnant. The step-mother changes her attitude and

takes good care of her but the older one is jealous.

SIU faints on the stage and is afraid that she bears a baby. She is confused. Meanwhile her father takes YI MUI away to take refuge as he owes

the others too much.
