Therefore, he deduces that KWAI had no motivation to kill HING back then. A guilty-stricken SIN exposes KIN as the culprit behind the scheme to add addictive chemicals to their soy sauce. CHIN finds out about SHING’s letter to YUK and becomes green-eyed with jealousy. Meanwhile, LAU appoints SHING as head of the education bureau.
