Kum feels greatly ridiculed and ashamed when she is abandoned by Dan.

She leaves Mo Kai secretly to avenge on him. Kum meets Dan and Madam

Butterfly on the way who then are lovers already. Kum wants to kill

Dan but is stopped by Madam Butterfly who later even forces her to

tell the real identity of Dan. Knowing who Dan really is sets her

at great ease.

Heung Yin Chi is brought up in a brothel and she hates being a girl.

Therefore, she likes to dress herself up like a boy. She is a very

skilled doctor and wants to change-- the brothel into a clinic. Yet

she later gives up this idea upon the request of the other prostitutes.
