Magistrate KO HEI MAN and her husband, a computer formula designer, KOT KWOK KWONG bring their son YIN CHO for an interview at a kindergarten early one morning. The Principal thinks KWONG is a great father who spends so much time with his son. MAN finds no interest of which she has been selected by a magazine as “The Most Prestigious Magistrate of the Year”. When the family gets back to the village, they meet Uncle 13 KOT TAK WAN involves in an argument with the workers.
