CHEUNG denies FAI's accusation. FAI is on trial. FAI is in a disadvantage position. TAI succeeds in persuading the taxi? driver to give statement for FAI with money and sense of righteous as the main points. FAI is eventually sentenced not guilty. Since then there is a breach between FAI and CHEUNG. TAI again quarrels with BILL for the sake of helping FAI. TAI is always oppressed by BILL and his family is also ruined. TAI beats BILL hard. FAI worries a lot for TAI who will again step into the wrong way. KIT threatens CHEUNG to abolish FAI's medical practitioner's CHEUNG follows KIT's instruction for his own sake. He abolishes FAI's doctor qualification at the medical bureau meeting.
