FU drinks alone in Yee Hung Singsong House. The following day, he wakes up to find a dead prostitute by his side. FU cannot dispute a witness’ testimony of his murder of the prostitute in his drunken state. KWAI, who comes under immense pressure from the emperor, orders FU’s execution in two days. TUNG stands up for FU’s defense, but despite everyone’s best effort, no evidence to prove of FU’s innocence can be found. A desperate TUNG resorts to redeeming FU from the prison.
