As CHING finds that he is working in a company owned by PONG, he decides to quit. He goes to argue with PONG and they have a fight. PONG is hurt, by CHING. For revenge, PONG decides to sue CHING.

MEI begs PONG for CHING, claiming that she is bearing a baby for CHING. As PONG does not want his sister to suffer, he promises to let CHING go.

CHING determines to work against PONG though MEI is PONG's sister. On the other hand he realizes that he should marry MEI.

CHING hears that the company loses a lot in its business and thus those shareholders are unable to receive dividends. CHING suspects it and questions MAK UNCLE. He is told that UNCLE MAK works with PONG as he needs money to go to Canada. CHING is angry and decides to disclose it in the annual meeting.
