Episode 14 - S1.E14

Hong dislikes to live with Fling and lives elsewhere. Ngor knows that life is not easy and works as a street sweeper. Ka Hing aims at reforming the department store so as to rebuild his image. However, Tai Kwen opposes it as the cost for propaganda is too great. Conflict arises. Lam sympathizes and encourages Hing. Hing tries to get rid of his sorrow by drinking. He makes trouble at the public after drunk. Fortunately, Lam passes by and helps him to get rid of the trouble. Lam then misses Fung's appointment. Hing argues with Kwen and leaves him angrily. Lam understands his situation and requests Fung to let him stay. Kwen thinks that Hing is intentionally opposing him so as to consolidate his power. Kwen then sprightly asks Lam what does Hing want. Lam explains that Ring just wants to prove his talent. She persuades Kwen to talk with Hing. However, Kwen is reluctant to do so.
