Hosts Nicole Curtis, Josh Temple and David Bromstad mentor the teams during the final challenge. The region's top appraisers return to determine which team added the most value to their beach house over the course of the renovation. The team with the highest percentage increase in value wins $50,000 and a spread in HGTV magazine.
