Chou Yung agrees to a duel with Lei Kang in exchange for his help to save Hsiao-tien.

Chou Yung outwits Lei in the duel. Lei is convinced of Chou's superb skills.

Chou splits the money among his friends. Ma cheong uses the money to get Ah Hung out of the brothel. The two celebrate her new found freedom. Wei- lun wants Ma Cheong to become his inside man and threatened to kill Ah Hung if he does not promise. Both the two do not yield to his threats. Wei-lun arranges an accidental death for the two.

Ma Yi is shocked with grief to hear of Ma Cheong's death. She insists that it is murder, but no one listens to her.

To replace Ma Cheong, Chou Yung gets the help of Pai-nien to bail out Chang Li-hsing, who is as good as Ma in explosives. Chang accepts Chou's offer to help save Hsiao-tien.

Wei-lun arranges a fare-well feast for Chou Yung and his gang. During the feast, Li-hsing picks up a row with Wei-lun for show……
