After a brutal terrorist attack in Kashmir that kills an Indian army soldier, the Anti Terror-Fund Task Force is put to work. General Sangram Vaidya and Captain Imtiaz Ahmed set off to Uri while Captain Pradeep Bhattacharya, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax and a Territorial Army officer, is assigned to go undercover and find the perpetrator.
