One of Savannah's best chefs, Patrick McNamara is helping Paula in the kitchen to add some local flavor! They begin with a melt-in-your-mouth tangy appetizer, Seared Scallops with Pineapple-Cucumber Salsa. Then it's a Grilled NY Strip laid atop a bed of Truffle Potato & Carrot Puree.
