Lindsey and Eric find a five-bedroom home with a list price well below the area comps. Although the property looks good on the outside, the interior is a mess that was left in a state of mid-renovation. Lindsey and Eric have to figure out why the previous owner jumped ship and then fix all the issues left behind, including a courtyard in disrepair.
