Queen announces the rematch between Court Lady Choi and Han to the palace and decides the subject for the competition should be rice cooking. Only two of them are left in the competition field to carry out the competition. To fairly decide the winner, Queen decides to have Court Ladies to vote the winner.

To further investigate the ill practices of Choi, PanSool and Oh, GyumHo, Min, JungHo transfers to SaHunBoo. He examines the account book and starts investigating SoJooBang where Choi supplies the goods.
