Vishnu narrates the anecdote from Hanuman's life where he innocently pours sindoor over his entire body in order to impress his Lord. Apparently, Hanuman misunderstands the significance of the sindoor that he sees Sita wearing and innocently wears it all over his body to get Lord Rama's attention.
