While Marvin helps Molly flyer for tutoring jobs, he opens up about paying for a professional cuddler. A stranger assumes that Molly's bloated endo belly is a pregnant belly. Walking off the insult and hurt, Molly finally explains her situation to Marvin who listens with an open heart and Molly realizes that maybe Marvin can be the support person she needs.
