In the midst of the festivity, Dodoy suddenly experiences severe chest pain, prompting his family to rush him to the hospital. There, the Ibarras learn that Dodoy needs to undergo a heart bypass surgery that costs a million. Serena then begs her mother to help Tenten's family, but Luciana refuses.
