Keen to succeed within a very short time, Shu Kai uses his position in Wing Cheung and invites Ka Lam as consultant to help him to enter upon the movie industry. He also solicits help from Sze Min and Sze Chung and invests heavily hoping to succeed instantly. Working at Wing Cheung, Ka Lam finds that all the order and bills are fake and there are lots of internal problems existing in the company, she therefore informs Tung Shing who asks her to keep her discovery secret. Thinking that he has gained a hugh profit, Tung Shing begins to . sell his shares of Wing Cheung. Adding to this, news leaks out that Wing Cheung is going to crumble which results in a panic selling of the shares and the price plunges to the lowest and transaction is stopped. Chung Ping is dismayed. Shu Kai asks Tung Shing to help Wing Cheung to pass the critical time……
