HUNG drives out KUE, whilst SHIU is being chased to remit his debts; moreover, everyone accuses him for cheating. TING is requested by her company to take leave, as her relationship with KEUNG has widely damaged company image. Therefore, CHIU also takes leave and accompanies her to have the holiday in Canada.

Teresa attacks TING with a broken piece of glass; TING is injured at the arm. Teresa flees away then. SUNG is afraid Teresa will hurt TING again, hence, he proposes his love to TING in front of Teresa. TING doubts, but her heart feels with happiness.
