SUM is invited by SHAN HAO CHI YA to participate in the league of global gambling conference which is held in Hong Kong. While SUM and a foreign Gambling King are competing for the Chairman position, they are shot by a group of gangsters. It makes the spot a mess. KI and YA's daughter, SIU HEI, are being kidnapped by the shooter. WAH and KEUNG find them and save KI. However, MEI has already died during the shooting. The foreign Gambling King is accused to be the murderer. YING accompanies CHING all along since CHING has encountered the misfortune. CHING then understands that love feeling is very precious. He regrets that he only pays attention to gambling and neglects YING. CHING decides to seclude from the world with YING. However, YING finds that CHING is, indeed, very unhappy after leaving the gambling world. Thus, she begs SUM to arrange a job in casino for CHING……
