As Kelly's 18th birthday approaches, she repeatedly whines about the fact that she doesn't want to have a party. She feels that she would just end up being ignored on what is supposed to be her day. The family decides to go to Las Vegas for the weekend, and Ozzy will play a show. Sharon insists that the whole thing will be a low-key affair.
