Meet Sarina V., 36, Charity Volunteer from Denver, Colorado. Sarina has always felt like the Ultimate Plain Jane but now she's signing up for a chance to become the Ultimate Swan. Sarina recently became divorced after discovering that her husband of four years had been cheating on her. She feels rejected and lacks the confidence needed to put herself out there to meet other men. Her ex-husband realizes he's contributed to her lack of self-esteem and appears to be remorseful

Now meet Kelly B., 25, retail salesperson, from Milwaulkee, Wisconsin. Kelly had a great life until… she entered the third grade. There, she was teased mercilessly for her ""odd-shaped nose."" From that point on, her self-confidence plummeted. Her goal now is to become a professional cheerleader.
