When everyone else gathers at the house, they have a video chat with her, and then discuss genital surgery. A trans man visits the house to talk to the group about what it's like to have phalloplasty. At night, the group goes out to a village pub. Lewis, who works at a crafts shop, is overwhelmed by the high cost of gender-confirmation surgeries. Drew, too, must pay for surgeries; but she must find work.
