LOK finds out that SZE utilities the company for her own revenge and gets very angry. SZE looks completely different to him than before. HAY visits her student, WONG KA TAT by knowing that his parents are engaged in a court case. And she discovers that this is all because of SZE and leaving his poorly illed wife and son living desparately. HAY tells the truth to LOK and LOK finds guilty to this. He persuades SZE not to appear in court so as to terminate WONG FAI's sue. But SZE refuses for her resolution on revenge.
