Jin Pok and Sun Man threaten Lap Tak to return the debt. Fearing that there may be a bloodshed, Siu Yin reports to Tung Sing who arrives and scolds Sun Man. Sun Man is angry with Siu Yin and teases her in public. Siu Yin is upset and asks to transfer to the New Territories. Sau Yin finally realizes that Tung Man and Ming Wai are just ordinary friends.
