Tai Chi's dessert shop is seriously damaged after the fire. It needs renovation which involves a large sum of money. Besides, the bank re-evaluates the market price of his shop and Tai Chi has to pay back the balance. It makes Tai Chi face with great financial difficulty. Heungs Development Group plans to develop a large entertainment centre and they wants to buy the site of Cho Yum. However, Cho Yum rejects the proposal. It makes Heung Seng, the chairman of Heungs Group, very angry. He orders Ng Chi Shan to kidnap Cho Yum. Tai Chi accidentally learns that the fire of the dessert shop is started by the son of Yau Chun when he is playing with fire. Thus, he knows that he has misjudged Cho Yum. He regrets for his misbehaviour. Tai Chi does not want to see Yau Chun suffer a loss, therefore, he follows the advice of Hung Ku and he takes the initiative to call Cho Yum to discuss the sale of his shop……
