Yue then helps Lai to avoid the trouble man. Lai feels funny about Yue. Lai rings up Yat Lin after playing overnight mahjong when her mind is not very clear. Lin thinks that there must be something happened and hurries to Lai's flat. Lai and Lin make love unconsciously. Lai rebukes Lin when her mind is clear. Lin feels very angry and leaves. Lai carelessly breaks a deluxe perfume when she is shopping. She has no money and asks Lin for Help. Lin does not help her. She could only be free with Yue's help. Kwok Leung decides to stop gambling after his son's persuasion. He even buys in some shares from Yue's company. Ken Ching knows that and gradually forgives him. Chung Ming gets to know a whore Mable. He then starts another love affair besides the marriage. Ken Yue persuades him not to but Chung Ming disregards him.
