CHEUNG and CHAN are driven out of the house. For his dignity, CHEUNG does not want to recognize PO anymore. WAN comes to know that she has mistaken CHEUNG, and she apologizes to him. The only daughter of PO, LING FUNG, is unruly and overbearing, and she has an argument with CHEUNG in the street over minor matter. MIN keeps a watchful eye on PO’s wealth.
