Sam receives an update from Tracy and Patrick shows up with the children in Halloween costumes. Sam and Patrick share a close moment. Britt attempts to convince Spencer to go Trick Or Treating with Joss. Maxie fills Lucas in on the Nathan situation. Spencer and Joss pretend they are a couple after Patrick, Sam, Cameron and Emma show up. Joss doesn't think Spencer's plan wont work. Diane shows up at Kelly's and gloats to Nathan about beating Scott in court. Nathan talks to her about Judge Walters ruining his relationship with Maxie. Diane offers her help. Franco shows up at Scott's hotel room looking for a place to stay. Shawn goes to see Sonny and informs him that Heather believes Franco broke her out. Sonny remains determined to kill Franco before the wedding. Carly tells her mother that she kicked Franco out for the night. Sonny calls Carly to tell her that he loves her and then wishes her good luck.
