The princess is interested in investing in the construction of the new hotel. To stage a comeback, KIT asks the princess to collaborate on the project. FUNG learns about KIT’s new plan and seeks to spoil it. KWOK-CHEUNG spends a lot of time looking after CHLOE when she is in the hospital. FAT learns from KWOK-CHEUNG that FUNG plans to bid for a plot of land. He offers to collaborate with FUNG but is rejected. FAT is eager to compete against the WONGS and decides to join the bidding. He asks HING for capital but is rejected. FAT is in need of money and approaches several banks for loans. He mortgages all his shares in Royal Court in exchange for cash and finally succeeds in bidding for the land. KIT makes a call to FAT.
